The lawmakers added that Dr Ruto continued attacks on government officers and working round the clock to neutralize the handshake deal between Uhuru and ODM leader Raila Odinga and their yet to be released BBI report.
The law makers who called for the resignation of the Dp are drawn from Jubilee, ODM, Wiper, Ford Kenya and KANU.
Tangatanga alleged that there were three police officers who planned the chaos that were witnessed in the Kibra by elections last Thursday.
DP William Ruto is on record accusing Odinga of sponsoring chaos not to win in the bedroom but to undermine the handshake that he (Odinga) is drumming support for.
But the Kieleweke MPs insisted that Dp’s attacks on government officers amounts to undermining the presidency / appointing authority.
Lawmakers included Borabu’s Ben Momanyi who has turned from supporting the Dp saying that he will support BBI which seeks to ammend the constitution and give the President powers to kick out a deputy.
