“Your Excellency I don’t think to work with the DP will in any way drive a wedge between you and the President unless of course, I missed the memo. Good night sir,” tweeted Murkomen in reference Kalonzo’s message.

According to Kalonzo, the reports linking him to DP Ruto were desperate attempt to drive a wedge between him and President Uhuru.
He slammed the perpetrators of the reports and added that they had failed..
Kalonzo also cautioned the public against considering remarks made by his associates as his own.
The developments follow sentiments made by Former Machakos Senator Johnstone Muthama who reportedly told a Kamba dialect radio station, Musyi Fm, that he will lead senior political leaders in striking a political deal with DP Ruto ahead of 2022.
The Former Senator, as reported, said that time to work with the ODM leader had lapsed and that the region was considering other alternatives including working with the Nasa co-principals, Musalia Mudavadi (ANC) and Moses Wetangula (Ford Kenya).
However, a local news blog reported hours later that the former Senator disowned the remarks and claimed that he had not endorsed Ruto for the presidency.
He added that the reporting was based on the writers perspective.
