Consumers and sellers on Jumia are set to enjoy 50 percent discounts on essential goods from 14th to 27th June.
Sugar, maize flour and cooking oil are among those with discounts.
This is in a bid of the e- commerce platform to celebrate its customers and partners as it celebrates its ninth anniversary.
Speaking during the launch of the E- commerce 9th anniversary campaign, Jumia Kenya Chief Executive Officer Sam Chappatte said that the commercial event will ensure value for money for its customers.

To add on that, Jumias 9th anniversary is themed ‘Kila Kitu-Kila Siku .
The campaign is featuring brands like L’Oreal, PRK, Samsung, Reckitt Benckiser, Xiaomi, Unilever, Hotpoint and P&G.
