Mwananchi Credit Limited is in the news again for all the wrong reasons.
After yesterday’s exposé, Kenyan Bulletin has received damning screenshots on how Dennis Mombo runs the outfit.
‘It is totally absurd and goes against the labour laws. This is sad and this guy belongs in jail’, commented a lawyer when we showed him the screenshots.

Mr Mombo, who is the Managing Director of the lender, fires staff at will.
The pressure inside those offices, especially for the poor salespeople is too high.
In one of the screenshots, Mr. Mombo tells his sales staff, ‘No one should leave the office if we don’t hit the target of Sh3 million.
He goes on to say that if one leaves, then they should not report to work the following day.
A source at the loan shark says that many staff have been quitting.
“Many employees have been quitting. Despite making millions employees are paid peanuts and work all day. He bribes labour ministry,” the source said.
