Ruto said the rallies called by Azimio leader Raila Odinga will not interfere with his development plans for the country.
President William Ruto said Opposition rallies will not derail his agenda for the country.
“Why are you forgetting about the story of Nehemiah in the Bible? There were bad people with bad intentions and evil. But they did not stop the wall,” President Ruto said.
Speaking during the National Prayer Day event at Nyayo National Stadium on Tuesday, the President said the people behind the rallies have bad intentions for the country.
He later alleged the cartels that have held hostage the coffee, tea and milk sectors which his administrations is cracking down on.
