Moses Ndiragu, the owner of the Precious Talent Top Academy that a classroom collapsed and killed 8 pupils last month was yesterday charged before a Kibera court with eight counts of manslaughter.
Mr Ndiragu pleaded not guilty and was released on Sh. 1 million bond or Sh 500,000 cash bail with a surety of the same amount and a credible contact person.
