Controvery continues to surround the death of Machakos Senator Boniface Kabaka who died on Friday morning while undergoing treatment at a Nairobi hospital, one week after he was put in the intensive care unit (ICU) after a tough sex ordeal.
The senator was with his mistress Esther Nthenya Muli who was also shocked with the dramatic death.
She is the deputy principal of Mathemba High School in Kathonzweni, Makueni County.
Machakos Governor Dr. Alfred Mutua eulogized the senator as an astute lawyer and legislator who died from stroke resulting from a blood clot that has had bothered him for a while.
“On behalf of myself and the people of Machakos, I pass my condolences to the family of our beloved Senator Boniface Kabaka,” said Mutua.
But Makueni Governor Mr Kivutha Kibwana rubbished claims that Esther Muli is responsible for the senator’s death.
According doctors, Senator Kabaka died of intense foreplay before sexual intercourse with Esther.
The woman at the centre of the controversial death is now presented by Makueni MP Daniel Maanzo as her lawyer.
