A man and his female friend were yesterday manhandled and threatened to be arrested by a drunk corrupt police officer in Jevanjee Gardens, Nairobi.
It all happened when our source who is the victim was seated on one of the benches in the garden while his female friend leaned her head on his shoulder, a drunk police officer dressed in plain clothes approached them saying that it is an offence for the lady to lean her head on his shoulder demanding Kes. 3000 or they get arrested.
For fearing the unknown, our source sent the police officer Kes. 1500 to avoid arrest.

“Yesterday I was in Jivanjee Gardens with a female friend sitting on one of the benches , she had leaned her head on my shoulder then came this drunk “police” wearing civilian . He started harassing me saying she shouldn’t be leaning on me he threatened me saying I either give him 3k ama anipeleke ndani. I was so afraid. 50 meters from hapo he saw another student hugging her girlfriend akamwita pia yeye and told him he had to be given “chai”. Here is the mpesa transaction me sending him 1500.
