ODM on Tuesday dismissed calls by Nasa affiliate parties that the money allocated to the coalition by the Registrar of Political Parties should shared equally.
Suba South Mp and ODM Chairman John Mbadi told Wiper, ANC and Ford- Kenya parties to go to court if they felt aggrieved.
Mbadi who is also the Minority leader in the National Assembly said what the party received in the recently-concluded financial year was its rightful share because it is the giant in the coalition.
According to Mbadi, all the other parties command no numbers to demand a share of Sh4.5 billion.
“If they think ODM has been receiving money on their behalf, let them go to court. These people just talk from ignorance. The courts are open. Why are they just talking on the papers?” Mbadi asked.
ANC deputy leader and Lugari MP Ayub Savula on Monday said all the affiliate parties are entitled to the money.
ANC Party leader and Nasa Co-principal Musalia Mudavadi accused ODM of being sluggish to share the cash in total disregard of an agreement they signed.
