The face of Slayqueen behind Sh4 billion Covid-19 scam revealed

Ivy Minyow Onyango has deleted her Instagram page, but not before eagle-eyed bloggers screenshotted and saved some pictures contained therein.

A gossip news blog Uhondo this afternoon shared the pictures of the 27-year-old lass was an Advocate of High Court of Kenya and a model for Kung’ara Kenya Boutique.

Ivy Onyango’s company, Kilig Limited was awarded a Sh4 billion offer to supply hundreds of thousands of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs). Each kit was to be delivered at an inflated cost of Sh9,000, from the then market price of Sh4,500, according to revelations in Parliament.

The Daily Nation reported that, ‘the fact that her company had no proof or record of ability to supply such a big tender on such a short notice did not bother Kemsa executives, who are now under the radar of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission”.

The Nation Investigations Desk has established that the actual beneficial owner of the company is a vocal Jubilee politician, who has made his billions by securing contracts from government agencies and selling them to companies in exchange for 10 per cent cut.

The ‘vocal politician’ was not named however, in internet circles, especially according to blogger Robert Alai, the man is non-other-than Jubilee party Vice Chairman David Murathe.

Ivy Onyango was just a front girl.

KEMSA is under probe for a Sh7 billion procurement scam.

Here are her pictures.
