In a now viral video, unidentified man is seen being abducted by a Toyota Probox.
The video was first re-shared by Lord Abraham Mutai on Twitter before he pulled the tweet down after less than 30 minutes.
The video was first posted by MUHURI, a Human Rights NGO, which identified the man as Ahmed Amana.
The jogger, Ahmed Amana, is now free after police appeared to have aborted their mission. We've taken up the matter to ensure action is taken against these rogue officers.

Artivist Boniface Mwangi would later share a screenshot and the video of the post now deleted by Mutai.

According to Mutai, the man peeked by, assumably DCI detectives, was Ahmad Abubakar.
The police were using Probox plate number KCC 301C. The incident happened at lighthouse Mombasa.
On the comments section of the tweet by Boniface Mwangi, Kenyans cussed the plain clothes officers who are always trigger happy.
The Directorate of Criminal Investigation has not issued a response neither has the National Police Service.
Efforts to reach Police Inspector General Hillary Mutyambai were futile.
Muhuri posted an update that Ahmed Amana was set free unconditionally as the NGO filed their case against the rogue police.
