Kenyan Bulletin investigation desk has received a leaked Phone call that Kiambu woman representative Gathoni Wamuchomba has let the cat out of the bag and threatened to ‘deal’ with a blogger who had exposed her dark world.
The controversial Kiambu legislator allied to Kieleweke wing of Jubilee vowed to personally deal with the blogger if he dares to run another expose on his blog.
The Uhuru allied Woman rep has a habit of threatening people. She is always chest-thumbing how she is deeply connected. Our sources have also informed our investigators that she is always bragging on how she allegedly has contacts that can give direct orders to uniformed personnel.
In a phone call whose audio is shared at the end of this article, Ms Wamuchomba tell the blogger that she will not go to the police anymore to report the blogger for alleged false information he publishes about her but ‘will deal with him’
“Another one more story about me that is not factual. I will not take you to the police. I will deal with you, and take that to the bank”, Ms Gathoni wa Muchomba sternly warned.
This is a clear warning to Milton Were that the Women Rep might be planning something sinister.
Bloggers Threatened
The Computer Misuse and Cybercrime Act was brought in Kenya to silence whistle-blowers who o against all risks to politicians accused of massive corruption. The MPs now can intract the police to have the bloggers/online voice harassed. This has included planting evidence on the blogger.
Now that the police are saying that there’s no law to muzzle bloggers, politicians are resorting to harming bloggers, like what the Kiambu Women Rep is thinking of doing to the freelance journalist. Is the country moving ahead or it is matching forward anticlockwise!
Here is the Recorded Audio of a phone call that Gathoni Wa Muchomba had made to a freelancing journalist Milton Were.
In August 2017, barely weeks after clinching her seat, she went on national TV and lambasted a proposal for salary cut for MPs that by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission.
“I want to be paid well. I want to be honoured for who I am,” she said, remarks which didn’t go down well with Kenyans.
Kiambu Woman Representative Gathoni wa Muchomba has, of late, been the talk of the town after she urged local men to embrace polygamy.
“We give birth to these children and we do not want to own up to them. If you are a man from the Kikuyu community and you can sustain five wives, have them, and if you are a man and you are in a position to bring up many children, do it,” she said.
In 2018, when LEADERSHIP ROW in Kiambu had deepened, The Woman Rep Gathoni Wamuchomba reported death threats to police; accused Waititu of belittling her and others. The Journalist should also report the Woman Rep to cops for belittling his work and threatening to hurt him.
