Screenshots of a gazettement notice exhibit that the spouse of the now acting Treasury CS Ukur Yatani landed two positions in a bizarre manner.
Gumato U Yatani, was claimed to be appointed to the Taskforce on Standards and Quality Infrastructure Reforms in Kenya team.
According to the government notification, Gumato was handed the job by Trade CS Peter Munya.
She is expected to assume the reigns of power at the public university for three years.
A thorough scrutinization of the document revealed that Gumatto was expected to start work as from November 8 according to the instructions given by Education CS George Magoha.
It is yet to be identified the commencement date of the other job attributed to her.
