There is a viral video of a Uganda police officer whipping a 65-year old woman unprovoked.
The said officer was reported to have collapsed and died in what is termed as karma is a female dog.
The police officer was Sam Okiror. The lady he was beating was a 65 year old woman and in the video he says Go home you wicked woman after beating her while laughing.

Shortly after beating this woman, the police officer Okiror died of hypertension.
