Kenyanbulletin.com has received disturbing story on how 69-years-old man was left unattended to at the infamous Mama Lucy Hospital for more than 10 hours.
John Wanyoike, 69, was unfortunately involved in an accident at his working place at Rounder Mecktro Industries.
Kenyanbulletin.com has also learnt that the injuries inflicted on Wanyoike was from a trailer believed to be that of Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko.
After distress calls was wired to all possible sources, Sonko Rescue Team responded and rushed Wanyoike to Mama Lucy Hospital, inhumanly the team dumped Wanyoike at the facility and left; without ensuring the victim has been attended to.
Hours later at around midnight, Wanyoike’s family was contacted, they rushed to the hospital and released that Wanyoike had not been attended to from 2 PM when he was brought in by Sonko Rescue Team’s ambulance.
When the family arrived at the hospital, medics on duty had done x-rays and scan on Wanyoike since he was breathing hard. The family requested the medics to put him on oxygen, a request that they honored.
Too bad was his condition that he was referred to Kenyatta National Hospital where he sadly passed away on Wednesday, September 18th at 10 PM as he was waiting to undergo surgery.
