A 44 year old man collapsed and died while making love to his 36 years old fiancée in Kayole.
Homicide detectives attached to Kayole Police Station have visited the rental house belonging to the lady at Soweto, Kayole in Nairobi which has been cordoned off as a crime scene.
He was pronounced dead upon arrival at Mama Lucy Hospital where he was rushed for emergency treatment.
The body of the deceased is awaiting autopsy to establish the actual cause of death.
According to preliminary police investigations, the lady said the deceased boyfriend made “a sharp sound and collapsed” while they were in an intimacy session.
However, his body has no visible injuries.
