Five more Jubilee MPs endorse ODM’s Imran Okoth

With the campaigns for Kibra seat enters the homestretch, more Jubilee Members of Parliament (MPs) on Tuesday endorsed ODM’s Bernard Imran Okoth.

At least five Jubilee MPs on Tuesday attended a meeting between Raila Odinga and a delegation of representatives of the Kikuyu community who reside in Kibra.

The MPs include Maina Kamanda (Nominated MP), Fatuma Gedi (Wajir), Ruth Mwaniki (Kigumo) Abdi Koropu Tepo (Isiolo South) and Hassan Oda Hulufo (Isiolo North).

Earlier in the day, Raila had met Jubilee Nominated MP Maina Kamanda and delegation of young people, who pledged to use everything in their power to ensure that Imran captures the Kibra Seat on November 7th.

Kamanda, in a press briefing after the meeting, said they would ensure that Okoth emerges victorious with a huge margin.

He stated that the youths drawn from Jubilee and ODM camps had united to support the “Handshake Candidate”.
