ODM’s Homabay Member of the County Assembly (MCA), Ms. Esther Dwallo has demised.
In a statement by the Orange Democratic Party (ODM), Ms. Dwallo succumbed to undisclosed long long illness while undergoing treatment at the Aga Khan Hospital in Kisumu.
“We are saddened by the news of the passing on of Hon. Esther Dwallo, a member of the County Assembly of Homabay after a long illness bravely borne. She was a dedicated member of the party & an astute debater in the Assembly. We pray for her family during this moment of grief,” reads ODM Statement.
