After years of rumours of being a pair, US rapper Rakim Mayers popularly known as A$ap Rocky has finally opened up on dating Singer Rihanna.
Revealing to the press recently, A$ap seemed to end the apparent dating speculation.
“She amounts to probably like a million of the other ones. I think when you know, you know, ‘She’s the one’,” he said.
A$ap rose to fame in the early 2010s, his two albums, Long Live A$ap(2013)and At Long Last A$ap held to number one on US charts.
A$ap featured in Rihanna as a video model on his song ‘Fashion Killa’, seven years ago.
The rapper also part of Rihanna’s Diamond’s World Tour.
Rihanna and A$ap’s relationship is seen to have blossomed after the diva parted ways with her then boyfriend billionaire Hassan Jameel.
She has also featured A$ap in her campaign for her Fenty Skin, Skincare range and have held several joint statements in popularising their venture.
A$ap has also had run-ins with law enforcers after he was found guilty of assault in Stockholm during a fight in which he was handed a two year suspended sentence.
In the case, African American Stars like Kanye West reached out to the defense of then US President Donald Trump to have A$ap released alleging that he was being treated unfairly for being from the black community and that the assault had arisen from self-defense.
