Mikel Arteta is close to signing a three-and-a-half-year contract at Arsenal and will be given the privilege to appoint his assistant.
Spaniard Arteta is hoping to be announced Unai Emery’s successor after City’s Carabao Cup quarter game against Oxford United.The club has allowed their former skipper to name his own assistant-manager, and it is because of that that he will turn to Rodolfo Borrell.
