Dear Narok County, Here are serious questions and the need to URGENTLY hold Samuel Ole Tunai Accountable.
These documents below are confidential documents from Narok County and they are vote counts or MONEY allocated to various roads in Narok County. The money was APPROVED and as per sources the money was also disbursed to the projects.
Take an example of Olokurto – Enooseyia road the allocation was ksh7.5million. What that money did no one knows.
Nchurra-Olmogonge-Quarry Road for example is allocated ksh12million but this money can’t be traced on the ground
Most roads allocated money here are either nonexistent, not completed or completed but with almost zero works!
In 2019 over ksh106million was allocated to some roads as seen here. These are not all the roads. The question is, do the roads show roadworks of ksh100million?
Zero gains to Mwananchi! We must get angry!
The main suspects in this include Former CEC Roads Evelyne Koiyan, current CEC Roads Marindany, Director county Government Roads Madam Anne Twarari among others. Or at least these are the people who should be accountable. (But I also know in Narok you can’t allocate money without the knowledge of Tunai. He literally controls every cent sent)
I’m told the county assembly of Narok can’t question the Governor or any CEC because they lack numbers to.
The Narok Press Edition reports that: “Facts on the ground from one MCA that sort not to be mentioned is that Out of 30 elected MCAs only 10 that are against the Governor will not do anything he wants. So no questioning him whatsoever
Out of the 17 nominated members only one is against the Governor.”
This amounts to theft and looting if the money can not be traced on the ground.
If you are from Narok County, have a look at the allocated amounts and compare with the work done in your area. Does it meet the expenditure here in? Is this a lie? Did they steal from you? Agitate.
To my friends from Narok South especially the KIPSIGIS, apart from Mulot Tendwet and Lulunga Mekenyu roads that are being constructed by national government, are there ROADS that have EVER BEEN REPAIRED or even graded in our area? Are there roads that have been maintained in our area that can amount to ks12million? We both know HAKUNA. Does that mean there has been no maintenance money for these roads for 10yrs of Governor Tunai?
These documents are enough evidence that our roads MUST have been allocated money before but no works ever happened! We all know what Tunai did for the road between Lulunga-melelo-Sogoo. I guess he allocated 50million for that.
This is just sad.
I have said time and again, we will hold Samuel Ole Tunai Accountable one day. It doesn’t matter how long it will take but we will prosecute you. We will one day be in positions of power and we will prosecute you (unless you die early).
