Churchill Show comedian Othuol Othuol has finally been discharged from the hospital.
The comedian who had been admitted at the Kenyatta National Hospital on the morning of Wednesday, June 24, was released from hospital on Monday, July 6.
His discharge was confirmed by Churchill Show Manager Ken Waudo who said the comedian is in stable condition.
Waudo said while Othuol was released to go home, doctors instructed him to go back to hospital after every three days for monitoring, a process that should extend for three months.
The comedian will be under medication and close doctor’s monitoring after he was diagnosed with a growth in his brain.
News about the growth in his brain was made public by Victor Ber who said the comedian needed brain surgery .
It is not yet clear how much money is needed for the surgery or the actual date it is expected to happen.
Othuol’s recent hospital bills were fully catered for, thanks to contributions from comedians and other artistes in the larger entertainment industry.
Othuol fainted on Tuesday, June 2, while at his home and was rushed to a Kitengela Hospital before being sent to KNH.
The comedian’s latest condition came about seven months after beating Tuberculosis.
