Co-op Bank: Best Lending Institution In Customer Satisfaction

The Co-operative Bank of Kenya.

The Cooperative Bank of Kenya (Co-op Bank) has been ranked the best bank in customer satisfaction by the Kenya Bankers Association (KBA).

The bank was honored for offering quality services to clients.

KBA is mandated to survey and collect views on customer service satisfaction in the country’s banking sector.

On the other hand, Family Bank was named the second-best with the Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) coming third. The ranking of banks came into effect in 2018.

KBA CEO Tabil Olaka said challenges facing the sector currently is satisfying people living with disabilities. “Considering the privacy required to the people.”

“In order to know on how to improve various services within the place while conducting other banking services, the banking industry is putting much efforts and measures to ensure full independent access to banking services for persons living with disabilities,” Olaka said.
