Earlier today in a conversation that is now building on Twitter and Facebook, blogger Cyprian Nyakundi said he has been receiving tonnes of about Milimani Commercial Courts.
“I have been receiving very many complaints about the Milimani Commercial Courts. I hear justice is sold there like candies. I officially open an investigation.” the influential blogger shared on his socials.
Cyprian Nyakundi has been arrested on multiple occasions and charged severally with most of his cases having no strong grounds to go to trials.
That explains why most of Kenyan courts have become corridors of money-minting theatrics.
Draconian laws are passed to harass Kenyans especially those with influential social media accounts.
Alai and Nyakundi have been arrested, charged on almost no grounds for a case only to be let out after them partying ways hundreds of thousands as bails and bonds.

Blogger Nyakundi, later on, asked his followers to sent him more information or share individual cases.

One of the comments on blogger Nyakundi’s Telegram post said that.
“It’s not in the commercial court only. Even investigating officers do tell you to plead not guilty and offer you the way out. You cooperate with them they, in turn, cooperate with the prosecutor and your bail terms are set. You cooperate further, the case is thrown out, delayed or ruling is done in your favour.”
