A video showing Isiolo Governor Mohamed Kuti transferring equipment from a private hospital has emerged.
The video which was shared on the hashtag #IsioloGovernorExposed has exposed what Kenyanbulletin.com exposed in April 30th 2020.

The governor took ICU equipment from Galaxy Hospital, transferred it to Isiolo Teaching and Referral Hospital for photo ops.
Reason for the PR
When COVID-19 was declared a pandemic in March, Governors in Kenya wanted to be seen to be working so some of them actually tapped into the private sector for help to fight the coronavirus.
Others, like Kuti decided to lie to the public.
At what cost?
Kuti didn’t just lie to the public, he actually became sh14 million richer?
“The county governor shamelessly launched the beds and secretly returned them back to the private facility after doing the launch, and as we speak there is no ICU unit at Isiolo referral hospital but the county has incurred an expenditure of sh14 Million”, Kenyanbulletin reported.
