DCI to Resume Issuance Of Good Conduct Certificates Tomorrow

The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has today announced that it will be resuming the issuance of Police Clearance Certificates (Certificate of Good Conduct) effectively tomorrow, Thursday 24th June 2020.

In an official statement, the DCI said new guidelines have been put in place to be observed in the wake of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

“So far we have over 37,751 pending applications that we intend to process expeditiously. In order to adhere to social distancing measures as advised by the ministry of health experts, we shall be attending to 600 clients daily beginning from 7 am to 4 pm.” Reads the statement.

 

Only applicants who will have an appointment will be allowed into the Muthaiga headquarters “In this regard, we wish to advise all applicants who chose DCI Headquarters for fingerprinting to log in to dci.ecitizen.go.ke/applications and book an appointment indicating the date and exact time that you will be attended to.”
