DCI issued a statement on Sunday saying that the 32-year-old Scovia Namataka (house help) was arrested together with other two accomplices at the Malaba border in Busia.
DCI further stated that detectives based in Buruburu, Nairobi worked with their counterparts at the Busia border to intercept the suspect who was in a bus en-route Uganda.
Namataka abducted the two children while their parents were out of Nairobi to attend a burial in Meru.
She suspect is in police custody awaiting to be arraigned in court on Monday.
Two minors who were stolen at Nairobi on December 5 have been rescued and one suspect arrested at Busia border by DCI detectives.
The children aged eight and four years had been left under the custody of their house girl and now suspect; 32-year-old Scovia Namataka.
