Deputy President William Ruto wasted no time in issuing a rejoinder to his boss’ claim that he deserted his government.
Ruto posted his response on his social media, minutes after President Uhuru Kenyatta blasted him at the Nyayo National Stadium, saying he deserted his duties and accused him “of just hurling insults at me instead of working.”
The second in command regretted that the Cabinet has not met for over 2 years and added that he was still available to serve as the President’s principal deputy.

DP Ruto’s response was correct, the Executive order number 1 of 2020 transferred Harambee annex duties to the ministry of interior and coordination.

DP Dr Ruto response was swift. "The last Cabinet was 2 years ago. Ask Matiangi to explain his miserable failure, bungling the #Big4Agenda. They even killed JP. They are very useless. Call me – I am not missing. I am available, boss!" If I were President Kenyatta, I'll go mute

President Uhuru, restrain from exhibiting unnecessary, unhelpful and potentially harmful anger. As the c-in-n, you may be tempted to do the “lunatic unthinkable!” Unity is not uniform, appreciate criticism @MusaliaMudavadi @WilliamsRuto @KTNNewsKE
