Canada based-Kenyan Solicitor and barrister general Dr Miguna Miguna has alleged that it is the retiring presidents who killed an IEBC official.
Using his verified account, Miguna Miguna has been reporting what he terms as verified information on what is happening in his mother country even if he has been exiled.
Missing Embakasi East Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission returning officer was found dead last week after being reported missing.
Daniel Mbolu Musyoka’s body was found in a thicket on Monday in Mariko near Amboseli National Park. The family of the deceased and police from Embakasi visited the mortuary and identified the body.
The killers and motive are yet to be established according to police investigations.
But according to Miguna, azimio chair was allegedly involved
“Kuzimia cows may want to forget that the Embakasi East Returning Officer Musyoka, was abducted, tortured and MURDERED by despot Uhuru Kenyatta. Many more have been kidnapped and are being tortured.” Miguna alleged.

When he made the announcement, IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati said they had tried to reach him but to no avail.
“Musyoka’s family and the commission have been trying to reach him without success. A report of a missing person has been made at Embakasi police station,” Chebukati said Monday.
Musyoka went missing on August 11 and a missing person report was filed. He was at the East African School of Aviation tallying centre when he disappeared at 9:45am.
