Happening bout 5 kilometers from Liboi town, the vehicle which had three occupants was later seen at Dagalema border area crossing over to Somalia.
After offloading the several sacks of Miraa that were being transported, the hijackers later released the occupants of the vehicle and drove away the vehicle. This was according to North Eastern Regional Police Commander, David Bunei, who confirmed the 8.30 pm accident.
