This is one of billions worth properties (attached) owned by former Majority leader and Garissa Town MP Aden Duale who looted billions from the Kenya Government.
The property is called Myra Apartments based on Kindaruma road in Kilimani, Nairobi City.
Duale is alleged to have not paid taxes worth Sh2 billions to KRA. He has looted contracts worth billions and invested in properties across Kenya and Somalia.
Most of the Garissa Township CDF contracts and bursaries are awarded to members of his own family and shoddy finishings are the orders of the day.
Just recently one of his companies Concordia Construction was awarded the contract for maintenance of Korakora Road by the Garissa Township CDF at a cost of Sh 18 million which shows that he takes home all the contracts on his own. No single tangible project so far in Garissa Township constituency.
How Duale and his family have looted the national government:
Duale and his family members are looting the national government left, right centre every day. Companies belonging to his brothers have been irregularly awarded contracts worth billions of Shillings at GDC and KERRA.
GDC literally belongs to Duale.
His business Nomad Palace Hotels has been irregularly awarded catering tender worth hundreds of millions while Concordia Construction was irregularly awarded construction tenders worth billions. And still at GDC, a company owned by his wife has been irregularly awarded a tender worth Sh4 billion.
One of his companies under the brand name Medina Hospital and Pharmacy is offering medical services under the insurance scheme of GDC and the company has a branch inside the GDC compound in Naivasha. As of today his companies have been looting the national government funds in almost all the major state corporations, parastatals and commissions through overpriced offerings.
This is also a case of conflict of interest.
Duale Sh40 million NYS pay
And on the NYS saga Duale got his fair share of the loot. He was given Sh40 million in cash and it was all hypocritical and full of naija movie drama when he did a 360 degree u-turn during the press conference in which he chest thumped that he will take a sabbatical leave and go after former devolution CS Anne Waiguru for mentioning his name in the NYS scandal.
He had chest thumped but later on he never did anything to deal with Waiguru as had indeed bragged because there was sufficient evidence to prove that he was part of the loot so he feared facing Waiguru in a legal battle,.
He moved on to his other noise making agendas and looting schemes.
For how long will the looting scheme of Mr. Duale continue??
