Vocal Nairobi Governor Sonko has earned himself a honorary doctorate degree by The European Digital University at the University of Dubai for his role in transforming lives in the society.
This is attributed to his Sonko Rescue team that has be offering social services to Nairobi residents free of charge and sometimes extending the same to other parts of the country
The Governor could not hide his happiness as he took to his official facebook page to share the news.
This comes at a time when Sonko’s charitable works have seen him fallout with other leaders such as MP Passaris and even wealthy individuals.
He pledged to continue with his works of improving the lives of the city residents
