Starehe MP Charles Njagua, popularly known by his stage name Jaguar, has been arrested for allegedly inciting a group of youth who he was taking to a Grogon building to take ownership of shops.
Nairobi police boss Philip Ndolo told Milele FM that Jaguar was arrested and taken to the Nairobi Police Area.
“I’m currently at Nairobi Area. The charges against me are unclear though they seem connected to Mwariro Market,” the MP took to social media platform Twitter to say.
” I’ll keep fighting for my constituents. Being a leader is tough but my resolve remains unshaken. Allocations at Mwariro Market have to be fair.”
