Tribus-TSG, a security arm of Centum Investment Group has so far helped several unemployed youth to secure job opportunities through its Young Africa Works Initiative. This has been made possible following its partnership with the Mastercard Foundation of Kenya, which has led to the opening of 10 employment centers across 10 different counties in Kenya, helping to directly link the unemployed youth to their potential employers.

The centers have since worked with the National government, County governments, private sectors, educational institutions, training providers, associations, and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to create an open, free employment platform.

The intention of the Foundation which committed sh137 million to finance both the employee wages and equipping of the first 10 pilot Ajiry Centres, was to tackle youth unemployment and empower small businesses.

The Ajiry Progressive Web App, The “MyHustle” section has enabled Micro, Small and Medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and individuals to advertise their products free of charge.
