Shameless Laikipia Woman Representative Catherine Waruguru is on the spotlight yet again after she and her driver allegedly mistreated a person with disability.
In a lengthy letter source by Kenyanbulletin.com, one blind person narrated how Waruguru’s rude driver blocked people with disabilities’ parking lot that they had parked their car in at Re-Insurance plaza forcing him to wait for 20 minutes.
Ironically after patiently waiting for 20 minutes, the Woman Rep strutted out and confiscated the blind man’s driver’s license, hurling insults and shouting to them to follow the Woman Rep to the intelligence house to secure the driver’s license.
