Raymond Omollo has denied claims linking him to the recent attack on Godfrey Osotsi in Kisumu, describing the allegations as “street talk.”
Speaking during a TV interview on May 19, 2026, the interior principal secretary, Raymond Omollo, questioned why he would target the Vihiga Senator and said any criminal accusations should follow legal procedures.
Raymond Omollo insisted he had no role in the incident and said anyone with evidence against him should report the matter to the police.
The remarks came weeks after Senator Godfrey Atieno Osotsi claimed a group of youths attacked him in Kisumu while accusing him of supporting the “one-term” political slogan. The Senator said the attackers beat him before he lost consciousness.
