Job Brief

Centum Real Estate Limited is looking for a Commercial Director to maximize Centum Real Estate’s revenue generation potential and grow sales to KES 1B of newly signed sales per month from new and existing customers.

Revenue & Financial Accountabilities
Sign new contracts of KES 1B per month from sale of new homes
Sign contracts of KES 325M per month from sale of existing unsold units
Sign contracts of KES 200M per month from sale of development rights
Generate KES 600M in cash collections per month from customer deposits

Sales Initiatives
Implement new customer acquisition strategies that will sign up 10o new customers per month with signed agreements and signed contracts.
Accelerate the pace of sales growth to 100 customers per month or KES 1B sales per month.
Establish a local and diaspora distribution team capable of selling 100 homes per month.
Maintain and enhance performance of the Commercial Team.
Responsible for the overall performance of the Sales, Marketing & Communication Departments.

Channel Development to drive recurrent Sales
Reactivate and sign new profitable partnerships with key stakeholders including Banks, Corporates, Saccos’, Government Agencies, Counties and Diaspora markets
Generate and sign contracts worth KES 30M per day
Generate KES 20M cash collections per day
Monitor performance of all commercial activities daily
Monitor competitor projects, sales and marketing activities

Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related course.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Commercial acumen and prospecting skills.
Motivation for sales.
Steadiness under pressure.
Capable of managing multiple projects & working to tight deadlines.
Excellent leadership and managerial skills
Result oriented.
Customer focus.
Proactive work ethic.
Strong business development skills.
