Juliani’s Sarcastic Appeal For Help Goes Viral

Renowned Kenyan rapper Julius Owino alias “Juliani”

Rapper Juliani has broken his silence over trending memes comparing him to former Machakos governor Alfred Mutua.

The photo showed Mutua posing in New York with his suitcase, where he had gone for the United Nations General Assembly while Juliani posed alongside his baby.

The caption read, “If my mom makes such a mistake then I suffer later, we can clash badly because I had the chance to be born with a silver spoon but her ‘sexual urges’ took her to a bhang smoker in Dandora.”

Hours later, Juliani has now wittily responded to the people that claimed he is broke.

In a sarcastic Twitter post that went viral, the rapper pleaded for help to buy diapers for his son with Lilian Nganga, saying he did not have money.

Juliani accompanied the message with an old photo of himself when he was still a struggling musician under Ukoo Flani, donning a blue shirt, back in the days when the musician spotted short hair and not his current dreadlocks.

He later said that he was joking, but some Kenyans took it seriously and even sent his money via an account he provided.

He warned fans about believing everything they see online.

“Please treat this message with contempt, like the rest that keeps coming your way. Never believe what’s online,” reads the tweet.

Yesterday, Lillian Nganga bowed to pressure and responded to the online trolls.

She dismissed the discussion as a shallow story that does not deserve her attention.

“Just seen some shallow story that y’all trying to drag me into. Truly you don’t get tired. Just continue. Let me proceed with my day with my little boy,” she wrote on Tuesday.
