City Politician and Kamukunji Parliamentary hopeful Alinur Mohamed has fired back at his online critics.
Through a social media post seen by kenyanbulletin.com on Friday 12 November 2021, Alinur lashed out at his “broke” trolls that take every chance to bully him.
In his tweet, the politician reminded netizens that nobody helps pay his bills and hence no one should dictate to him what to write on his Twitter and Facebook pages.
“Trollers should be reminded that no one ever pays my bills, No one can dictate what I write and post on my social media platforms,” he posted.
He went on to add that many of them are just silent and impoverished admirers who criticize him from the comfort of their bedsitters.
“Hizi criticism za watu wana tweet from the comfort of their bedsitters ata hazina maji tumezoea sana,” he wrote.
The city politician first came to the limelight earlier last year after it was alleged that he was in a relationship with Media personality Betty Kyallo, something he denied.
In January 2020, Alinur put up a number of tweets quashing reports that had linked him to Ms Kyallo.
At that particular time, he stated that the rumours lacked facts and were being spread by individuals who had personal interests.
Ever since then, Alinur turned into a self-proclaimed philanthropist.
He is known to jump on any meaningless course as long as it grants him some political mileage.
