Immediate former Muranga County Women Representative Sabina Chege has finally joined the regime of William Ruto as a supporter.
Sabina Chege who was until recently an ardent Raila Odinga supporter was not comfortable with the anti-corruption message in Azimio La Umoja and had to join a side which promises to clean every looter through the court systems.
In September 2020, Kenyan Bulletin revealed how Sabina Chege looted Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA).
Ms Chege through a proxy firm Meraky Health Care stole Sh140 million from KEMSA.
Her firm supplied nothing but was paid the amount.
Sabina Chege used her influence as the chairperson of the Parliamentary Health Committee to loot KEMSA.
The two were in opposing political formations; i.e Kenya Kwanza and Azimio La Umoja respectively.
Sabina Chege is done with Azimio La Umoja and has pledged allegiance to DP Rigathi Gachagua as Mount Kenya kingpin.
Speaking at a function today, she emphasised that she is not ‘a fool to engage in demonstrations’.
This was in regards to planned rallies by Azimio La Umoja to cal for electoral justice, reforms and lowering the cost of living.
On the midnight of 27th January 2023, Sabina updated her Twitter account that she’ll be attending church from 27th through to 29th January 2023.
