Kenya Airways has entered a partnership with Safaricom to enhance its operations and passenger experience through advanced technology.
This collaboration aims to boost connectivity, improve in-flight Wi-Fi, and bolster cybersecurity, among other goals.
The two companies will work together on improving infrastructure inspection, security measures, and customer loyalty programs.
They will also focus on data science, software development, and innovative applications in aviation, including agricultural tech.

Both organizations will develop Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for tracking warehousing, baggage, and aircraft materials. This will involve technology for location services and stock management.
