Numerous unconfirmed sources show that the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Party candidate Bernard Otieno Okoth aka Imran Okoth is leading.
The electoral body IEBC has decided to transmit the results of the mini poll manually.
A sample report of the results as retrieved by Kenyan Bulletin team shows that Imran has twice the votes that Jubilee candidate MacDonald Mariga has.
