Machakos County Governor Dr Alfred Mutua is building a hotel which will be called A&L Hotel (short for Alfred and Lilian Hotel) in Machakos, along Machakos Road and near the People’s park.
We managed to get photos of hotel from the designers who shared the whole thing on Behance. Be the judge!
From the designs and actual photos shared, its a marvellous work. Question is, how did Governor Mutua come to afford it?
This is a multi-billion investment, the cost of erecting this All Stars Hotel is unimaginable. It’s expensive than the Sugoi Homes owned by DP Ruto.
Can he justify the investment and how he came to have it? Source of finaces?
Most of these governors have turned counties into cash cows and continue to loot.
Machakos County governor has been known to have deals after deals with suppliers in the county and this might be where the money came from to build this hotel.
We shall inform ghe public both sides of the story, in the mean time, we are waiting for the explanation from Governor Dr Alfred Mutua.
The A&L Hotel was designed by Architect Svilen Yordanov of UAE working under Meraas Holding.
Svilen seems to be one high-end architect handling some of the most prominent clients in United Arab Emirates.
