The news hitting the interwebs indicate that Machakos University would start a 4-year Bachelor degree course in witchcraft.
The news was first published by a Tanzanian website, Daily News Digital, which reported that the reception for the new course was well received and that people are equating the course to organic chemistry.
Machakos University has released a statement rubbishing the reports of a fake bachelor degree program in witchcraft at the university.

The statement sent out by Adam Shisia the director of corporate affairs reads,
“This is to inform the public that the trending information concerning the DEGREE IN WITCHCRAFT is FALSE AND MALICIOUS and should be DISREGARDED.”
He added,
“This trending information is therefore ill motive and the public and all our stakeholders are requested to ignore and treat it as a fake rumor.”
