Misfortunes don’t come single handedly as yet another sad news has struck the family of one of the Kitengela four as mother, and wife have been hospitalized as they were coming to terms with his mysterious disappearance.
The two were hospitalized in different facilities after the mother developed stress related complications and wife suddenly miscarried.
Jack Anyango’s mother Olga Ochieng was rushed to Homa-Bay County Hospital due to stress-related problems, while wife, Monicah Mugo, was also admitted to Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) due to a miscarriage.
Speaking on the same, Jack’s elder brother Cliff Ochieng noted that his disappearance had seriously affected the mother to developing health problems.
Our mother has been depressed ever since the disappearance of her last born son,” Ochieng acknowledged.
Speaking to Nation over the same wife Mugo also narrated that the negative publicity and fear had led to her moving away of their Jacaranda apartments.
“Life has been tough for me and our two-year-old son. I was six months pregnant. I have not been able to live in our rental house out of fear. I have been putting up with my sister,” Mugo stated.

Mugo added that the media painted her husband as a hardcore criminal engaging is serious criminal activities yet she maintains he was in legitimate business.
His brother Cliff also reiterated the same insisting that his brother never lived large as was captured and would occasionally struggle with life to being bailed out by the kin.
“My brother was a hustler. He took alcohol and had many friends. He was not a man of means like his peers. He had no criminal record. We raised money for him last year to offset his rent arrears for a two-bedroom house in Donholm Estate before he moved to a one-bedroom apartment in Jacaranda,” he stated.
The four went missing after a lunch together with, the bodies of Benjamin Imbai and Elijah Obuong already found and positively identified by their families.
Jack Anyango and Brian Oduor’s whereabouts still remain unknown to date.
