Mutahi Kagwe declares Kenya Coronavirus free

Today, Kenya announced new 492 Covid-19 cases from 4063 samples, the total number according to govt is now 26,928. Over 400 people have since died from the disease.

However, the law applies selectively as seen in the last few days.

The Health Cabinet Secretary (CS) is even not wearing a mask anymore. He doesn’t uphold the rules that the same govt (he himself) have set in the fight against Covid-19.

Yesterday, Kagwe was asked why his son was partying yet parties are banned, Kagwe responded rather rudely.

On the issue of video footage showing my son at a party, I do not have a son under 18 in my house, meaning they are adults, you can follow them and ask them, ” he said.

Today, while in Kericho, he addressed a crowd of people telling them to continue ‘upholding measures means to combat Covid-19’. The ironic thing is that he was addressing a crowd.

It is the time to openly eat as Mutahi Kagwe does the opposite of what he preaches. He was recently caught in a party not wearing masks. See tweet from blogger Robert Alai below.

President Uhuru’s son was also in May reported to have sneaked from home, went to see a girlfriend.

Today, Uhuru Kenyatta addressed a crowd at Mukuru kwa Njenga slums.

Both the president and his minister of health are doing this while they have shut down the lives and businesses of people who depend on events management for a living. Why?

This law applies selectively for the rich and poor.

While poor people are finding it hard to get by, wondering where their next meal will come from, the leadership is spitting on their faces.

We’ve seen how sh63 billion meant for the buying of medial supplies was misappropriated – looted by the relatives of these same people. We’ve also seen how they, with their bloated ego keep doing political meetings in their compounds.

All these, these coronavirus fight is just a way to attract more donor funds. If we stop testing, life will go on normal like it was before. We can’t be held down by a disease that has 98 per cent chance of survival.

Let’s declare Kenya, Covid-19-free for that’s what it is.
