Huruma Member of County Assembly (MCA) Peter Chomba is dead.
The MCA is alleged to have passed on Saturday morning, October 10th, at a hospital in Eldoret, after he developed breathing difficulties.
He was recently at the hospital being treated for an accident last week where he slipped and fell in the bathroom before being discharged.
Uasin Gishu County leaders have mourned Chomba as a hardworking man who was always ready to extend a helping hand to area residents.
The MCA was serving his second term and had previously served for over three terms as a Councillor in the defunct Eldoret Municipal Council.
“I am still in disbelief that Chomba is no more and I would like to pass my sincere condolences to the family of the deceased,” Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi mourned the lawmaker.
