Yes you were right! Now wait for the new law that would require using this single source of data ( Huduma) for everything including the register of voters. He controlled the register in 2017, almost as his personal property. He will now be able to do so, invisibly!

Systems being placed in place. Are these fellows the only ones who get employment from one department to another yet millions are languishing in poverty? S**ks

James Muhati the IEBC ICT Director
James Muhati was suspended before the 2017 General elections, he came back after ‘the system’ got rid of his replacement Chris Musando.
Mr Muhati went on to aid in rigging the 2017 General elections and causing a collapse of the Kenyan state in regards to the law.
When the Supreme Court nullified the results of that elections, the demand to open the servers by the Chief Justice were not adhered to.
“Kenya now reels from a state of lawlessness because of characters like Muhati’, a governance expert stated
Fast forward to nearly 3 years, there are no calls to reform IEBC further.
Kenyans have forgotten that bad elections gives bad leaders who don’t care if they die of coronavirus or not.
No one has even been charged for the electoral malpractices.
For example James Muhati created other non-entity unofficial accounts which he gave access to the IEBC servers.
Muhati was at pains to explain the above.
His appointment to Huduma Kenya is seen as a preparation for the 2022 elections.
