Nyoro suspended from parliament for misconduct – KBC

[ad_1]

Kiharu Member of Parliament Ndindi Nyoro has been suspended from parliament for four consecutive sittings for misconduct.

The MP is accused of calling his colleagues conmen, traitors, and sell-outs last week on Thursday during a vote on the BBI Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill, 2020.

He also claimed the lawmakers had been bribed to pass the BBI Bill.

National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi suspended Nyoro after Majority Whip Emmanuel Wangwe successfully moved a motion seeking his suspension.
