Police has recovered over 2120L of diesel and 600L of petrol at the Pipeline area of Nakuuru. The multi-agency team in a resolute operation on adulterated fuel. During the operation, four suspects were arrested and a tanker loaded with over 400L of diesel also was impounded.
The team was composed of officers drawn from NPS, NIS KEBS, KRA, ACA and NGAO. The suspects are in police custody awaiting ERC related charges. They are a 26 year old David Mathenge, 27 year olds, Joshua Njoroge, Felix Oduor and Stephen Kamande.
